Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Poland)
Delivery time: 2–5 business days.
Shipping cost: 20 PLN.
Carrier: local courier companies (e.g., InPost, DPD, DHL).
European Shipping (outside Poland)
Delivery time: 5–10 business days depending on the destination country.
Shipping cost: 100 PLN.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on the courier’s website.
Delays
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated time, delays may occur due to customs processing, local postal services, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for such delays.
Lost or Damaged Packages
